Holy cow, he frosted each seperate piece? I don't think I love anybody that much!
Bet the kids loved having every piece of cake have "the most" frosting!
Not to diminish my own accomplishments... but it was rather easy. the frosting is cool whip, the yellow is coconut with yellow food coloring and you just make one part in a 9" pan and one in a 2qt bowl.
