On Saturday morning Teya hit the side of her head on her bed really hard. I was in the process of getting ready for Eadie's party which was to start in less than an hour. I heard screaming upstairs, followed by Justin and an almost hysterical Teya showing up in the kitchen to get ice. It swelled up so fast and it was huge. The swelling went down by the next day but her head is blue and purple from her hair line to the middle of her eye and from the middle of her forehead to just below her eye. The pictures don't show how bad it really is.
So she went to school today with a black eye. She was really worried that people were going to make fun of her. They didn't and her teacher was really nice about it and felt so bad for her. Poor kid!
