I started exercising a week ago. I've had some pretty sore muscles since then. Normally I'm a bit of a chocoholic, but since I started exercising I haven't been craving sweets at all. It's really a switch for me. Some people will frown on this I'm sure, but I've actually lost 4 lbs. this week.
I've been going out and running at night. I LOVE running! I think it's so therapeutic. I hope to get into better shape and maybe even run a marathon one of these days.

I have not seen you forever and I am so tickled that you commented on my blog! I am trying the whole running thing right now too. A must read is "Born to Run" I just finished it and I am SO going to run a marathon now!
crazy I've been doing the same and my chocolate cravings STILL haunt me all day every day. Must be something in our blood. I do admit the exercising makes me feel better about eating it.
